Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped the same day of payment approval in most cases. If the payment is approved after 4pm ( Eastern Daylight Time ( TC-4)) or on weekends, the orders goes to USPS on the next business day. As soon as your order is received our team starts working to guarantee the delivery time and quality.

Your acquired information is only used to process and fulfill your order. Your credit card information is sent directly to credit card company through a secure connection (HTTPS).

 

Returns & Replacements

 

If you want to exchange the product for another size or model:

    • Ask for an exchange and we will send you the procedure by email
    • After getting our email with the procedure and shipping address you will be able to send the package with the mail carrier of your choice.Our company does not provide a return slip.
    • Products that will be accepted: brand new shoes
    • Products that won't be accepted: products that are not in the original condition
    • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
    • After returning the original shoes, we will activate your credit on our store

If you just don't want the product anymore - refund

    • Ask for a return and we will send you the procedure by email
    • After getting our email with the procedure and shipping address you will be able to send the package with the mail carrier of your choice.Our company does not provide a return slip.
    • Products that will be accepted: brand new shoes
    • Products that won't be accepted: products that are not in the original condition
    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt
    • After returning the original shoes, we will refund you the amount of the product (if there were shipping costs on the order they won't be refunded).

If you identify a manufacturing Defect

    • Ask for an exchange of the defective product and we will send you the return label to send the shoes back without shipping costs
    • Products that will be accepted: defective items
    • Products that won't be accepted: products without defects
    • Exchange of defective items must be requested within 90 days of receipt
    • After returning the original shoes, we will send you a brand new undefective pair on the same size and model.
